Welcome to Shaftesbury Trinity Centre Trust Website

The Trust has an income from the lease of the Day Centre, business units and the car parking around the building as well as public donations and the hiring of the Trinity Hall for community events. This income allows the Trust to upkeep the historic building and grounds and help meet the Trusts two main charitable objectives:

- Provide a suitable headquarters for the Shaftesbury Scout Group.

- To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community of Shaftesbury and surrounding area, with special regard to the needs of the elderly. This is achieved by making grants to worthwhile causes supporting individuals in need and local community groups.

For grant applications, Hall bookings and enquiries about car parking, see the relevant pages on this website.
‍This registered charity (Registration No. 280711) was set up in 1974 when the Holy Trinity Church was made redundant and converted into a base for the Shaftesbury Scouts, a Day Centre for the elderly, and three small business units.
